Within the Same Country (International and US)
In most cases, changing an address is as simple as logging into your TLC iOffice Portal and editing your address. But in doing so, you should be aware of a few things.
- Changing the main address and/or mailing address on your account will not change the shipping address on any existing SmartShip orders. You must also change the address on the actual SmartShip order.
- Changing the main address on your account will not change the address in your TLC Pay Portal. You must log into your Pay Portal and update the address there, as well.
Changing Countries (International)
International accounts do not follow the same rules as the United States. Our third-party vendor for commission payments, Hyperwallet, is not available in every country. This list changes regularly. In some countries, commission payments can only be paid as TLC points. In other countries, commission payments are made by direct deposit. You should confirm with tlcsecure@totallifechanges.com in regard to how you will be able to be paid in the country you are moving to. Additional documentation may be required to verify identity and proof of residence.

Address Verification
- Utility bill (e.g., gas, electric, water, cable/internet, landline phone, not a cell phone)
- Financial statement
- National ID
- Government issued documents (e.g., tax bills, balancing statements)
**Please note that any utility bills or financial statements provided must be recent, within the last 2-3 months.
International to US
In order to change an address from an International account to a US account, you will be required to provide the following documents:
- A driver’s license or current ID card which shows the US address
- Social Security card
Social Security numbers are mandatory so Total Life Changes can report earnings properly to the Internal Revenue Service. Life Changers who earn more than $600.00 in a year will receive a 1099 for earnings.
These documents must be submitted to tlcsecure@totallifechanges.com.
US to International
In order to change an address from the United States to Internationmailto:tlcsecure@totallifechanges.comal, you will be required to contact our Account Support department, tlcsecure@totallifechanges.com, and provide certain documentation to verify both identity and residence in that country. These documents include:

What to do if you cannot access your TLC Pay Portal?
If you are unable to access your TLC Pay Portal, the account may have been “frozen,” pending additional documentation. You can contact Customer Support at info@totallifechanges.com or by calling 810-471-3812. You can also email the Account Support team directly at tlcsecure@totallifechanges.com. The Account Support team will advise you on what may be required to release your account.
