What is an E-Gift Card?
Choose the amount to gift, and your recipient can redeem it for an equal or lesser value. Gift card amounts are limited to $500.
Who can purchase E-Gift Cards?
Life Changers and Preferred Customers are able to purchase E-Gift Cards.
How do I redeem my E-Gift Card?
Gift cards can be used on the Total Life Changes shop website. You can use the gift card on multiple orders until the balance is zero.
Are there shipping charges on E-Gift Cards?
There are no shipping costs for the purchase of E-Gift Cards.
Can I check my E-Gift Card balance?

Can I purchase a product and an E-Gift Card in the same purchase?
E-Gift Cards and products must be purchased separately.
Can I purchase more than one E-Gift Card in the same transaction?
Yes, you may purchase up to five (5) E-Gift Cards in the same transaction.
Can I redeem more than one E-Gift Card in the same transaction?
No, you are only able to redeem one (1) E-Gift Card per transaction.
What if I sent the E-Gift Card to the wrong email address?
Please contact our customer service team and we will be able to assist you in re-sending the E-Gift Card to the correct person.
Can I choose the amount of the E-Gift Card I want to use on a purchase?
No, we do not have the option to choose how much of the E-Gift Card balance you would like to use.
Can I send someone an E-Gift Card to use on their enrollment?
Yes, E-Gift Cards are an accepted form of payment for enrollments.

Who can redeem a gift card?
At the moment, only Life Changers and Preferred Customers can redeem gift cards.
Can I purchase points with my gift card?
No, points cannot be purchased with a gift card. The payment method will not be available if the cart contains points.
